How often does a lakeside exterior need repainting?
It depends on the exposure, the surface and the paint used. Sunny, windward sides usually wear first. During the estimate we'll point out which areas need attention now and which can wait.
Can knotty-pine panelling be painted?
Yes. It needs cleaning, a light sand and a stain-blocking primer so the knots don't bleed through. Then two coats of your colour.
