Painting homes and businesses in Niagara-on-the-Lake
Niagara-on-the-Lake is one of the best-preserved towns in Canada. The Old Town has many 19th-century homes with original wood siding, multi-pane windows and detailed trim. Virgil and St. Davids have family homes and newer subdivisions. Glendale and the area around the outlets are growing quickly, and Queenston has historic homes along the river.
Many properties here are also businesses, including bed and breakfasts, inns, wineries and Queen Street shops. These need work scheduled around guests and the tourist season.
Local Know-How
What we see in Niagara-on-the-Lake homes
Heritage properties
Parts of the Old Town are in a Heritage Conservation District. Exterior colour or material changes may need approval from the Town, so please check with them before we start. We're happy to work from an approved colour scheme.
Original wood siding & windows
We hand-scrape and sand, prime bare wood and caulk carefully, which protects old wood without damaging it.
Inns, B&Bs & wineries
Off-season scheduling, low-odour paint and room-by-room work so you can keep welcoming guests.
